Johan (JP) Venter is the managing partner and an industrial psychologist. He holds an MCom from the University of Pretoria and a Master’s degree in Business Leadership from UNISA. Previous positions include: Lecturer in Industrial Psychology, Productivity Advisor at Productivity SA and MD at Biz Loans (Pty) Ltd, together with many years of forensic psychology.

Lindsay Taylor is the head administrator. She holds diplomas in Secretarial and Marketing from Stratford College in London and a Paralegal diploma from the South African Law School. She has experience at various prominent organisations in procurement management, office management and personal assistant work. She is fluent in Zulu, understands various African languages and assists with interpretation.

Edzard Meyberg is the general associate and helps with all IT related matters. He holds an Internet Development Specialist (IDS) Diploma (with distinction) from CTI (Computer Training Institute), a National Diploma in Photography from the Vaal Triangle Technikon and various other certificates. Edzard has versatile experience in administration, art & design, stage management, and in running his own health – and hospitality businesses
General Associate and IT Assistant
William van Aarde is an associate industrial psychologist with an MCom (Human Resource Management) from the University of Johannesburg and an Advanced Programme in Organisation Development (OD) from UNISA. He has extensive managerial and consulting experience in the Human Resources field and in the aviation, logistics, financial, mining, hospitality, engineering, production and medical sectors. He has filled university lecturing positions and leadership positions at Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychology South Africa (SIOPSA). He is the founding member of The Talent Seekers, an Integrated HR and Talent Management Solutions company.
Associate Industrial Psychologist
Miana Spies is an associate psychometrist. She has experience and accreditation in numerous psychometric tests and assessment tools, as well as report writing. She is currently working on a freelance basis, rendering her services to other professionals in the field. Having completed her BA Psychology at NWU, Miana went on to complete her BA (Hons) in Psychology and also her MA in Academic Research in Psychology.
